Christmas – New Year Operating Arrangements

在圣诞节和新年期间，所有 AWTA 办事处在指定的公共假日休息。. AWTA Wool Testing laboratories will be open on all other days but with reduced staffing.

With wool sales resuming on 05 January 2015 and limited opportunities to forward wool samples for testing during the period between Christmas and New Year, particularly from regional centres, it is strongly suggested that all sampling for Week 28 wool sales be finalised by Tuesday 23 December 2014.

The following arrangements apply to AWTA Ltd operations in NSW and Queensland during the Christmas – New Year period 22 Dec 2014 – 05 Jan 2015

1. Deliveries from NSW and Queensland clients by Metrostate Security Couriers to the AWTA Melbourne Laboratory will be suspended for the period 25 Dec 2014 – 02 Jan 2015. 

2. For NSW clients the final delivery to the Melbourne laboratory for 2014 will be collected on Tuesday 23 December 2014 for delivery on Wednesday 24 December 2014.

3. For Queensland clients the final delivery to the Melbourne laboratory for 2014 will be collected on Monday 22 December 2014 for delivery on Wednesday 24 December 2014.

4. Any samples collected from Wednesday 24 December 2014 (or Tuesday 23 December for Qld clients) will be held at Metrostate depots for delivery on the morning of Monday 5 January 2015.

5. Normal Metrostate collection and delivery arrangements will resume from Monday 5 January 2015.
