Due to a recent surge in demand for AWTA testing services following a spike in market prices, clients may have experienced longer turnaround times for some test results compared to the quieter periods earlier in the season.
Our service timeframes can vary depending on testing volumes. During quieter periods, results are typically issued well within our advertised timeframe. During peak periods—such as the one we are currently experiencing—service times are stretched to the upper limit and we recommend factoring this into your planning when nominating service levels and setting sale cut-off deadlines.

In the meantime, to address the pressure on our service times we are actively implementing a range of measures including extended overtime, recruitment of additional staff, and relocation of some work to our WA Laboratory.
