AWTA Ltd utilise la m\u00e9thode de l'analyseur de diam\u00e8tre des fibres IWTO-12 Laserscan pour la certification du diam\u00e8tre des fibres et les services de mesure de la toison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 1972, le CSIRO a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper le premier Laserscan, en \u00e9tablissant les bases et en obtenant l'approbation de la m\u00e9thode par l'IWTO. Cette suspension traverse une cellule de mesure, o\u00f9 chaque bout de laine passe \u00e0 travers un faisceau laser. Cette longueur est connue sous le nom de hauteur. Des recherches ont montr\u00e9 que la hauteur est \u00e9troitement li\u00e9e \u00e0 la longueur et \u00e0 la r\u00e9sistance des fibres de la laine grasse mesur\u00e9es avant le traitement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de mesurer la longueur et la r\u00e9sistance des agrafes, trois niveaux d'\u00e9chantillonnage sont n\u00e9cessaires :<br>- Pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement d'\u00e9chantillons sur les balles de laine dans le lot<br>- \u00c9chantillonnage de touffes \u00e0 partir de l'\u00e9chantillon instantan\u00e9<br>- Pr\u00e9paration de l'agrafe des touffes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois les \u00e9tapes ci-dessus termin\u00e9es, les agrafes de laine grasse sont mesur\u00e9es \u00e0 l'aide d'un instrument appel\u00e9 Automatic Tester of Length and Strength (ATLAS). Cet instrument mesure :<br>- Longueur moyenne des agrafes (mm)<br>- Coefficient de variation de la longueur des agrafes (CV%)<br>- R\u00e9sistance moyenne des agrafes (N\/ktex)<br>- Distribution de la position de rupture (POB%)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-boxed is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment cela fonctionne-t-il ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La longueur et la force sont mesur\u00e9es \u00e0 l'aide d'un instrument appel\u00e9 ATLAS (Automatic Tester of Length and Strength).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La longueur est mesur\u00e9e en faisant passer l'agrafe, la pointe d'abord, \u00e0 travers un r\u00e9seau vertical de huit faisceaux lumineux, puis en mesurant \u00e9lectroniquement la distance parcourue par le convoyeur pendant que les faisceaux lumineux sont interrompus par l'agrafe. La longueur de toutes les agrafes est mesur\u00e9e, quelles que soient les dimensions de l'agrafe. La longueur est mesur\u00e9e en millim\u00e8tres. La norme IWTO exige qu'un minimum de 55 agrafes soient mesur\u00e9es pour la longueur afin de produire un r\u00e9sultat certifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la mesure de la longueur, l'agrafe est saisie par deux courroies en caoutchouc qui l'am\u00e8nent \u00e0 une m\u00e2choire qui saisit la pointe de l'agrafe. Une m\u00e2choire s'\u00e9loigne ensuite jusqu'\u00e0 ce que la base de l'agrafe soit d\u00e9gag\u00e9e des courroies en caoutchouc. La m\u00e2choire de base saisit alors la base de l'agrafe. La m\u00e2choire de la pointe s'\u00e9carte et l'agrafe est cass\u00e9e en deux. Toutes choses \u00e9gales par ailleurs, les agrafes \u00e9paisses n\u00e9cessitent une plus grande force pour se briser que les agrafes fines. Par cons\u00e9quent, la force n\u00e9cessaire pour casser une agrafe doit \u00eatre li\u00e9e \u00e0 l'\u00e9paisseur de l'agrafe avant de pouvoir \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re plus significative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>L'\u00e9paisseur de l'agrafe est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par le poids de l'agrafe et la longueur de l'agrafe. En d'autres termes, plus il y a de grammes de poids par millim\u00e8tre de longueur, plus l'agrafe est \u00e9paisse. L'\u00e9paisseur de l'agrafe est mesur\u00e9e en kilotex (ktex). La force totale en newtons est divis\u00e9e par le nombre de kilotex pour obtenir une valeur de force par unit\u00e9 d'\u00e9paisseur (N\/ktex). Ce chiffre est connu sous le nom de force de l'agrafe grasse, car il est d\u00e9riv\u00e9 du poids de l'agrafe grasse. Il est ensuite converti en une mesure de la force de l'agrafe propre en utilisant les informations relatives \u00e0 la base de laine et \u00e0 la base de VM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Informations techniques ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L'Atlas P3 mesure la longueur et la r\u00e9sistance d'un jeu d'agrafes \u00e0 laine conform\u00e9ment aux normes IWTO-30-2007.<br><br>Les agrafes de laine individuelles sont plac\u00e9es sur un tapis qui les achemine vers la section de mesure de la longueur. La longueur est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 l'aide d'une matrice lumineuse qui d\u00e9tecte le d\u00e9but et la fin de chaque agrafe. L'agrafe est ensuite transport\u00e9e vers la section de r\u00e9sistance o\u00f9 des m\u00e2choires saisissent chaque extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de l'agrafe. L'agrafe est cass\u00e9e et la force n\u00e9cessaire pour la casser est enregistr\u00e9e.
