O'Connor Wooltech, fabricant d'\u00e9quipements de manutention de la laine bas\u00e9 en Australie-M\u00e9ridionale, a adopt\u00e9 une nouvelle m\u00e9thode de fabrication qui r\u00e9duit le temps n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la construction d'une machine \u00e0 noyaux. Wooltech a incorpor\u00e9 de nouvelles caract\u00e9ristiques de conception qui am\u00e9liorent la productivit\u00e9 de la ligne de noyautage et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'op\u00e9rateur. De nouvelles options de financement et de location sont \u00e9galement propos\u00e9es aux acheteurs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wooltech propose trois types de machines \u00e0 noyaux :<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. <\/span>Double noyau standard, grappin \u00e0 une t\u00eate semi-automatique, le tout dans un seul cadre (environ 300 \u00e0 500 balles en une journ\u00e9e de 7 heures).<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. <\/span>Pince \u00e0 deux t\u00eates semi-automatique \u00e0 double noyau rapide (environ 500 \u00e0 800 balles en une journ\u00e9e de 7 heures) ; et<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. <\/span>Grappin \u00e0 huit mandrins et trois t\u00eates (plus de 1000 balles en une journ\u00e9e de 7 heures).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
